Frequently asked questions

Orders are by end of day on Wednesday for Sunday delivery or Monday pick-up.

Our current order minimum is $25.

We make home deliveries between 1-5pm on Sundays. Pick-ups are available on Mondays during each facility’s business hours.

Please provide specific delivery instructions in the comment box at check out. If you are not going to be home we recommend leaving a cooler out or purchasing an insulated bag and ice pack with your order.

We recommend buying at least two (2) so we can exchange them each time you order.

Unless noted otherwise noted on the meal itself, we do not offer substitutions or accept special requests.

Each meal comes with a “Best By” date for your convenience. Please refrigerate your meals promptly upon receiving them.

You can, BUT you may lose some flavor in the process. Also try to avoid freezing anything with any leafy or fresh vegetables.

There should be reheating instructions on your label, but generally you’ll want to remove the lid and heat for 2-3 minutes on high, stirring roughly halfway through.

We rent a small commercial kitchen in downtown Salem, but we do not have a storefront.
